It's been rescheduled to Saturday Sept. 3rd.

they are cramping a 2 day event into 1 day also.

2 rounds of qualifying Super 32, Baby Pro & Street Friday Sep. 2 Gates open at 10 am Qualifying 5 & 8.

Saturday
Gates open at 10 am with concert and eliminations

 

SFWD qualify on friday aswell?

 

I'm not sure which class the SPFWD car fall on but they are only doing 3 classes for the whole 2 day event.

Street class, baby pro and super 32. Those are the only 3 classes being run.
Super 32 is the only heads up class.

They mad an announcement but its in spanish.

 

I can't believe this hasn't been mentioned. That's also the same day as "Latin American Drag Fest" at Maple Grove. Latin American Drag Fest is a 3 day event. Some of the cars that were supposed to be at Maple Grove were also supposed to be at Englishtown.

This area is going to be BUSY for racing next weekend.

Englishtown: Dragmania (now on Friday and Saturday!)
Maple Grove: Latin American Drag Fest

Oh, and let us not forget that the Full Throttle NHRA US Nationals will be going on at Indy those same days.

Not just here. on the other side of the world in australia this weekend was supposed to be their biggest sport compact event Jamboree and it was also cancelled due to the weather.
