drag wheel offset

Default drag wheel offset

Hey, maybe someone out there can help me out. Im about to order up some wheels for my car, im going with aero race wheels with there 30 series. im only usings as drage rims. they are 13x8's so i was wondering what offset some of you guys run with a 22x8x13 slick. my car is lowered and i no i might have to raise but any suggustions? they are offered in 1, 2, 3, and 4 inch offsets

deffinately not a 1,2 or 3" offset. you want at least a 4-5" offset, depending on the design of the face and what size brakes you are running. Spacers may be required.

theres accutally another question im running stock rotors with eg si calipers can i even fit 13's any more?

again, it's going to depend on your wheels design. Lenso's clear integra/civic si brakes. Most of the other cheaper steel drag wheels don't without a spacer.

i think u mean back spacing, not off set...... i looked into this wheels a while back my buddy bought them for his neon 13x8 4'' back spacing 4on4 lug pattern meaning 100x4 they fit and clear my calipers on my 97 integra just fine.

haha damn you're right. We don't normally use the term back spacing at my work. Everythings, positive, negative, zero, front drive, medium and rear drive offsets.

convert backspace to offset:


if it helps at all, lenso are 7.5" width with +25 offset (about 5.25" backspace). i would start with the highest backspace available and then use a spacer as needed
