what do you guys think of the nitto NT 555R radial tires?? are they good?? cause i'm about to buy some tires for my car

Well i got the nittos. I like them, but most people on hear say BFG. I got them because they were cheap, and fit on a 14". I got 2.12 60ft with no burn out. People on hear got 2.0 with a dry burnout. Overall they might not be the best drag radial, but they hook way better than my Azenis.

i use to cut 2.1 on azenis............BFG's are better IMO...the best i seen teh NITTO was 2.0-2.1 with more 2.1's then anything...i seen BFG's go 1.9 before and more then often........

i would go with BFG's

I have seen the Nittos go 1.9's also but it was a rwd. I would have gone with the BFG's also if they would of made a 14"

 

here are the facts on the nitto/bfg war.

1.the bfg's hook better than the nitto if sizes are comparable or the same.
2. the nitto's outlast the bfg's by a long shot

the choice comes down to if you are looking to hook at any and all cost or you need the tires to last and still hook decent. the nitto's hook decent and last and bf's hook like all hell and dont last for ****. hope this helps!!

Yep that pretty much sums it up. How deep are the pockets.

 

i kind of confuse... but today im gonna order the bfg... for my car... ill try both... bfg on my hatch.. an the nittos in my brother's hatch to see the difference...
