well no 10's this year. Freaking melted part of my exhaust valve. Oh well end of the season. By chance if you have no compression on say the 4th cylinder, Would that make starting the car hard?

 

What are you using for a eng harness. I just picked up a del sol drag car and came across this and figured I would ask. Any input would help.

 

well i have not posted here in a while, went to a couple events and had a blast with the ill garage crew. but not happy for 11.40 was it and unhappy with the 2nd shot of spray. My rings decided to take a hike lol. So on to bigger better things next year. So i got my first little part in the mail yesterday to start off the new 2013 season. im going to run a s372, And no, its ls v this was just mock up to see my manifold on the car. it going to be a high comp stock sleeve motor. so will see. Want to see if we can hit those mid 9's on low boost

If its going to be stock sleeves then you should get a properly sized turbo. A 6262 will spool up faster and make all the power you will need.

 

yes your probably right, on the 6262 or how about 6267?
The motor is ls bottom end fitted with eagle rods and 12:5:1 je pistons coated by dart. Thinking of going with skunk2 pro 1's with this motor?

Cant wait to help john finish this car... there hasn't been any progress on the vehicle due to him having a little boy!! but soon enough I will get him to get back on the car! lol for now hes been enjoying his son and his family but I will let him know everyones waiting on this beast to make a come back!!
