It looks like Charles Madrid is back racing with the Bergenholtz CRX. Probably old news but it was listed on the driver profiles on the nhra web site.

yeah, Im growing my hair out. My sister also did the same thing last year then Mike told me he did the same thing. Well, I thought it was a cool idea and I wanted to help out. Several years ago a tumor was found in my mother and it was the size of a softball. Thank God they were able to remove it, but others are not as lucky and I just wanted to help. you should see me right now....hehe.

Charles Madrid isnt going to be racing that crx anymore. He signed a deal with saturn??? (i think).. Or some other car company. That "o so famous" civic is retired. But he's gonna keep that thing forever. His best friend was smote in that car before it was made into a racecar, and its quite a memorable thing for him... Also lisa kubo signed with another company- no longer is she gonna sport the orange civ.

Dont know who told you Charles signed with saturn, but youve been misinformed. Lisa signed with Saturn and is currently trying to finish a car for this coming season. Charles is looking to open a Honda/Acura repair/performance shop within the month or so as of 12/31/02-1/01/03 as we were drinking the night away. Just curious what "o so famous" car you are refering to? Ed B.s car? Hmmmm I think you got your names mixed up. Ed B. owns the crx and is driving for Mazda this year and Charles Madrid was going to drive Eds car but I dont think that ever panned out.

Charles is a cool guy. I saw him at Sparks the other day. I hope his business goes well.

 

Cars coming along slowly. Time to work on it has been short due to the holidays and things are picking up around the shop, so there hasnt been much progress on it. Unless things slow down around here I dont think im going to make the beginning of the season.

 

Hey Proclassracer, is Clayton back at the shop? i know he was off for the holidays, i have to call him, tell him his buddy from Quebec says hi!
