Default Deeper in the 11's

When to the track again yesterday, not the same one I use to go. Peoples said it got better traction and since this track is NHRA approved, I believed them. I should'nt have. Anyway, I've improved my times and I'm happy about it. I really need bigger slicks, currently running 22x8x15.

So here's my best run. It's a turbo D16Z6 for those who don't know.

Yes I did but I did it on purpose. This was a street race event, nothing to win and no eliminations. I'd never red lighted before so I wanted to know where not to dump the clutch

I can understand if you wanted to check out the clutch and all but that really isn't a "legit" time if you red lit my friend. I'm not trying to gripe but thats just my .02. It is awesome that your doing times like that with one cam though. You don't drive her everyday though, do you?

Reaction time has nothing to do with your ET. You can sit there for half an hour and take off, you will still run thesame time as if you dropped a .500 light. The clock starts running once you cross the beam.
Very impressive for a single cam....How much boost?

No I don't drive it every day cuz I don't need a car to go to work but it's a street car, not a race car so yes, it could be driven everyday. Was boosting 20psi, wanted to boost more but I couldn't and there was too many peoples to do track test so I didn't play with the boost settings. As for pics, you still can download my previous vid.

How is not legit? He did not leave to early to not get a time? E.T.. has nothing to do with reaction time, 2 seperate things, and if there was no eliminations then who cares it was like a test and tune then... Good time Dont redlight in competion and you will be just fine. Jason
p.s. I saw everyone allready said what I just said ignore everything but the" good time part" congrats......

Good Job Stephane. I was there when he ran his new record. We have the run on tape.
