Clutch Selection
Hey i'm goign to be running anywhere from 300-350 hp in my 98Civic SOHC...I need a new clutch and dont know anything about the pro/cons of the brand names...what would you all suggest??
The car is used as a daily driver raced a little on the weekends and at the track too. So some performance can be sacrificed for driveability.

If you want to put 300-350 to the ground you dont want to sacrifice performance. Nothing will **** you off more than a clutch that wont hold. CM fx400 should do it. Relatively streetable, good hold, wont take alot of serious abuse. This a pretty cost effective clutch. About $400-450
I was looking for one similiar to what you described and went with the Action 2MD because I heard some good stuff about it. I wish I could throw the power at it to let you know how it took it. . .
I tried the fx400 or stg 4 but it took a **** on me my last pass at the track. Could not hold up to what I was putting on it. But for an average car I think it would be a good clutch.
I bought my ClutchMasters clutch from http://www.lightningmotorsports.com ....they have some really good prices.
