Default Clutch Break in help!!!!

Sup guys, need some opinions. I have an 98 spec r and i put a new cluth in tuesday and I have 300 miles on it now, its a clutchnet stage 3 6-puck sprung HD pressure plate. I want to go to the track tonight and run with my slicks, my friend says that with this clutch i will be fine and it has mre than ennuff break in time on it to go to track and race, what u think?? all help greatly appreciated. thanks

Is it three hundred street miles with lots of shifting or is it highway miles?
