No swaps from what I know. Last time there was a bunch of hatches trying to race in this class but when asked to pop there hood they were disqualified from having B motors under there.
Thanks CTR, I was hoping it wouldn't be an issue I mean it'll just be a real simple set up (p29s, stage 2 cam, rookie driving lol) I wouldn't be as competitive I just want to compete in a heads up class. So I'll ask now if anybody would have an issue? haha
i think you would be fine. i run a ls block in my integra and its a gsr. as long as its a single cam in a civic it should be ok. whats the difference if a z6 is in a ex, a dx, or a si.
like for me i have a ls block in a gsr chassis, but whats the difference, i can still put a ls crank in a gsr block. jason hunt was inspecting cars and tried to make me run the all motor street class at imports vs domestics. i was telling him this is my 3rd time running this class.
both jason miller at MIR, and frank choi @ BOTI said my ls/v setup was perfectly ok for street stock.
