Default Battery switch location

Im setting my car up now, im not sure what class i would be running in, however i would like to comply to nhra regulations, which im not sure if they would differ from honda challenge or other forms of sanctioning bodies on this topic. I want to know where I am supposed to mount my battery kill switch ? Also is there any ruling on the type of switch or brand i should use ? I bought a cheap one at habor freight, im not sure if that is fine or not. Also does it have to be on the + side or can it be ground side ?

Also on top of the switch do you have to have a fuse or breaker inline ?

the best advice for you is to go nhra.com and download the rule book which will answer all questions.
