Default Battery cutoff switch?

hey guys i would like to know if having a battery in the passenger compartment with a battery box legal at the track, and if it is legal do i need to run a kill switch to the back or is that only if the battery is in the trunk area

If it's not in the engine compartment you need a kill switch. T1 makes a good one.

You need one even if it's in the engine compartment if you're running faster than 14.0 or 12.0, can't remember the specific et

Pretty sure the chute rule actually changed to 135 in the '12 rule book but I have yet to hear of it being enforced.

But yea, kill switch is a pain in the ***, have yet to mount/hook up my moroso
