Axles
If I'm not mistaken DSS requires a hub change so if you do happen to break one at the track, and don't have any spares your fu*ked.
I personally went with the gator HP axles that I ordered from Stan (fast-turbo.com). Haven't had any problems, and they are also made out of the 300m material.
I should add that the HP gator axles do not require a hub change.

just as i am about to reply, Autolab beat me to the post--anyway I had dss stge 3's then swtched to the circuit worx set up--really great quality from both honestly, I just wanted little upgrade when i swithed to a spool diff.-ive only made 3 complete passes on them so we will see how they holdup this year..
to both companies-- If you have some serious dough to through around the full rob moore nitro set up with spools, axles, hubs, suspension components is freakin amazing though I believe it will lower your car a couple inches automatically by raising the point where the hubs are--Deffinetly the most hardcore race oriented set ive seen
