Anyone using Tunerview? Post'em!
I planned on running a tunerview rd1 for my cluster in my turbo DA. I was told not to as it has too much lag in a turbo set up. Can anybody confirm this? How does it compare lag wise to other digital clusters?
just to add to this, I use the RD1 in my race car and it reads dead on. Ive yet to experience any lag.
Really just need to know what sensors that need to be wired in or how it reads oil psi, water temp, rpm, mph stuff like that.
hrtuning site doestn really show any of that info.

It only needs aftermarket sensors for things like egt, oil psi, oil temp, fuel pressure, etc. You know, things you don't already have sensors for from the factory .
If you can log or view the sensor in Neptune/ectune/s300, (example ect, speed, map) then you don't need to do any additional work to get it to display on the screen.
Make sense?

What additional sensors do you want? Hrt doesn't sell them, but I know a few sites that have sensors relatively cheap depending on what you want
Its the exact process of wiring a aftermarket map sensor other than the signal wire 0-5v going to a programmable input at the ecu or on the demon board and setting up the voltage sweep in the software. Once that is properly setup and calibrated (easiest to use a gauge to calibrate the voltages, instead of guessing)
You then go into the rd1 software and add the programmable input you used to the screen.

I know its been brough up but I am debating on the original Tuner veiw or the RD1 my main concern is:
Is the rpm's laggy on TURBO cars. I know the s2000 cluster can be.

I am buying RD-1 to run on P28 + Neptune on booseted D15. I am planning to run closed loop. So i am planning to pin wideband on D10. So the question is can i use fuel level convertor on
D12? I guess D14 cannot read 0-5v. Will this work?
Or should i go otherway? Plug the fuel level converter to D10 and connect wideband to D12 or D14 and scale down wideband voltages?
