Default 60ft time question?

ok. im driving a 92 full body eg hatch with a nitrous fed ls-vtec motor with a lsd
gs-r tranny, was running on 24's MT. i dyno at 254 horse and 194 torque. i just went to time my car and i ran best et was 12.4 @108 mph. my 60ft was 1.8. do you guys think i can improve my et and 60ft time? or is this the best i can put out.
also i was running on some stock suspensions. front and rear.thanks.

What was your tire pressure on that run? How was the track prepped?

my tire pressure was 8 psi. the track was prepped pretty well. my first run was at 10-12 psi and i was spinning. that was a 1.9 60ft. so second run i dropped the psi down to 8 and no problem with traction. i was also reving at 6000 rpm only. do you think i should go higher?

24"s with 254 horse, huh, where are you taching through the traps?
maybe 22"s or 23"s?
the 1.8 is great. is it hooking too much? and bogging?

yea i think i should be running 22's or 23's. i feel that i can't pull those slicks off my launch. reving at 6000 my rpm drop down when i let go of the clutch. im also running act 4 puck extreme too so i know that clutch is not a prob. or maybe i should just go higher.

there is alot of room for improvement, Launch off of the rev limiter and you will pull 1.7 60'

Vince Barrett went 11.78@114 on 205whp with a 1.57 60'

Are you launching on the spray? With that hp the traps seem to be low.

some sort of upgraded rear struts with a higher spring rate in the rear will also help... like these other guys have said, launch off the limiter and flip the nitrous on immediatly after you release the clutch in 1st gear that thing will be movin in a hurry

smaller slicks ? what are you reving to when crossing the line, also usually when looking at your dyno graph and finding your power band will tell you where you should launch.
