Default 60' times need help

I have a 90 crx hf with a 2.0 gsr b16 tranny with quaife lsd with new 2-8-15 slicks and i cant get better than a 1.832 60'. I was hoping to get in the 1.60 range. What do i need to do or what traction system to buy.
Here is my all motor times spinning in 1st bad.

60'---1.832
330'---5.151
1/8---7.906
1/8 mph---89.29
1000'---10.313
1/4---12.339
1/4 mph---111.29

Any help on the problem would be great . This is a stock body with interior (street car)

13's make a big difference in 60' times. I know they will have more side wall to flex.
