Default Is 15.1 to slow

Hey there I'm new to this forum. I was just wondering if my car is running like it should be? I'm runnin 15.1 in the quarter mile with full interior custom mounted 15in solobaric sub 14 in steelies on street tires. A couple of friends said I should be in the mid 14's but I feel i'm doin alright aint I. What could I do to make my car run faster? I dont really know much because I am a girl.

That's no excuse at all. How do girls expect the narrow minded to take them seriously with comments like that?

What kind of car and motor?

if your in a integra chasis your doing just fine. If your in a hatch or something lighter yes you should be breakin 14's.

well to get to 14s you could gut it, take out the sub - but something tells me you like your interior. fast or nice? life is full of tradeoffs.

you could also build your engine, spray, turbo, supercharge...how much do you want to spend?

you are doing just fine for your set-up. if you wanted to gut it you could get mid-high 14's. but its up to you.

what are your 60' times and your MPH's at the strip?
