my first time with a pc
Wow, nice job. I'm picking up my first PC soon and hope my first attempt turns out half as nice as this lol.
On a side note have you ever thought of polishing your rims? If done properly, (which judging by your buffing effort would be very proper) your rims would be mirror-like as well. Just a suggestion. It takes some time but is well worth it, there is a really good write up on here on how to do it if you haven't already seen it.

thank you sir. its really quite easy as long as you can figure out when the polish is broken down. what polish did you get to use?
i bought all the sand paper to polish my rims and kinda woosed out. i did use an orange pad with sip polish followed by a white pad with nano on the two rear rims since those are the only two rims that i use when drag racing.
the total process including the two coats of wax and the three step polishing process took 23 hours about.

Wow, well it's a clear 23 hours well spent. I know what you mean about the whole rim thing, once you get started you pretty much have to finish. I put about 15 hours into a set I did and I only did the lip. But they were pretty chewed up so that's what took up most of the time I think, turned out super well though.
As for which compounds/polish I'm planning on using I haven't quite decided. I was thinking of starting first with the Klasse All-In-One with their Sealant as well just to be cautious at first. I don't have a whole lot of swirls to remove/conceal and I'm daring enough to jump right into a compound. After I do my first car depending on how it turns out, I will most likely pick up a swirl compound to use before the Klasse products for my Rav4 which has some pretty bad swirls. Any reccomendations?

after using menzerna products with a pc, i would not recommend anything else. i started with menzerna super intensive polish with an orange pad. then went to a white pad with the super intensive polish, and finished off with a blue pad with the menzerna nano.
im new and not sure what the swirls look like but you can see my pictures and i am totally happy with the menzerna products. with a porter cable, it will take longer than with a rotary but you dont have to worry about burning through the clear.
lots of people are also using meguiars #205 and #105, but ive heard they tend to work better with a rotary.
with the menzerna products, i worked on a 2x2 area going back/forth and up/down overlapping 50% for about 5 minutes or until i saw just a bit of dusting.
builthatch and presidential detailed on here are the guys to talk to.
