water has been getting into my trunk. I found out that the metal lip that holds the trunk weather strip in place (8in long and around a curve) has completely rusted out I removed most of the rusted metal and grinded down the rest then painted over it to insure it would not rust back. how do I go about making that lip for the weather strip ????? please help I live in florida and it rains a lot
