Default shipping?

someone is looking to buy my turbo kit. have any of you guys shipped one? if so how much did it cost? i just need an average cost not exact so i can quote this guy. if i say a price and its too little ill just cover the rest im not too worried about it. TIA ~Trent

It depends on the size of everything...Make everything fit in a box effeciently with the use of cardboard to protect the cooler and use carpet or the carpet liner to protect the piping, wrap the valves up in newspaper or brown paper and tape it up in a ball, then place the turbo, manifold, downpipe on the bottom, then a layer of cardboard to create a seperate area for packing, then place the valves, gate, piping, lines, clamps, couplings, then add another layer of cardboard, then place your cooler thats wrapped in the carpet liner with cardboard taped to the core...Then fill the box so that its packed tight and nothing will move around when its shipped...Then tape everything up really nice and tight and tape it up again...Use 3m 3mil Packaging Tape and insure it for every cent and more...Figure it will weigh 50lbs and be in a box thats 30"x30"x30" insured for whatever its worth...

i think more b/c of oversize. i shipped out 2 headlighst and it cost me 40 bucks just b/c of the size. good lunk trent....hope that kid i referred u to...buys it
