It comes with a pigtail that you will need to splice it on to your 3 factory wires. There is a 1/8npt fitting on it that can screw into the back of aftermarket manifolds or I have a fitting that will screw on it and you can just run a vaccume line to it. I can send you some pics tonight when I get home from work.
