what will a 2.5bar read to?? It sounds like a stupid question...(14.7 x 2.5 = 36.75) but i dont think it reads to its full potential does it??

Most people say ~22 psi is right about its breaking point, but the owner of the oh-so-famous 400 whp Vitara sedan (drunkinmaster1) runs 25 psi through his engine with no fuss. So I'd say its atleast good to there

im debating between getting one of these or getting the gm 3 bar, because this one looks a bit fragile. how sturdy are these things in comparison to the gm?

Other side of the state Shipping would be a much better option IMO. Unless you feel like a road trip hahaha.

The GM 3 bar is a good option as well ,but also about 2.5x the price if I remember correectly? I've seen these sensors used on many turbo applications, it's a good piece... just gotta be careful with it

hrm, yea the gm peice goes for 50 bucks, and thats without the "pigtail" harness. so basically 75 bucks, in comparison to 30 for this one. can you point me in the direction of a wiring diagram for one of those things? cause it seems to have 6 prong things, and the stock map only has 3 wires. im guessing you just use the 3 for voltage power and ground yea?

i think im going to paypal you later on tonight if i decide to scoop one of these up

^ those are the three you use..

You can see the pin with the notch in the top.

Here's also the manufacturer's diagram of the sensor:

Basically if you need some wire radio shack is your friend

Well I guess I'm bringing this thread back up. ???

A mod locked my thread saying I look like I'm "in business"....

I'm selling a few map sensors on the side that I had here. That's not a "business". Please message me asking me the nature of my thread before you lock it, thats just ****-like
