My 86' civic,carburated,1.3,stick...as i was driving the idle raced up and won't kick back down and I've inspected everything and can't find anything and there's no way to turn it down...now there's a large black box on the firewall on the passenger side tha's marked as the control box on the schematic with a dozen or so vacuum lines running in and out and a small black box on the drivers side strut toewer that looks like some kind of module that has trhee hoses running to the carburator....if anyone has any ideas they are most welcome
