Default body kit help

i have a 1986 crx and want to put a body kit on it but all the good ones are for 1988-1991 crx's will thay fit on my car

not even a chance the two cars are 100% different, everywhere you look. dont try it.. id say, if you havent yet, nice wheels, get it painted a nice color and add mild cosmetic stuff... body kits never work, they hit into everything, and as soon as they do the paint flying off has enough velocity to kill a horse. they are a waste, IMO

Houseman...call them up and see what the 7 piece kit is going to cost


-then ask how long it takes to get one

houseman autosport sells replicas of the Mugen Street kit and the Full race kit.

Either kit is around $1700-$1800 US, PLUS S&H which will run you $600 or more.

Lead time, after payment is completed is about 6 weeks.

Here is a couple pictures of an actual houseman street kit mounted on my personal vehicle:





Do realize that this is not going to be a small investment. Aside from the cost of the kit itself, youll have to pay a professional bodywork guy about $3000-$5000 to get it looking like what you see in the pics above. This kit is NOT a bolt on, ready to paint kit. EVERY piece requires trimming, shaping, molding, finishing, and prep and paint.

sorry, thought it was the mugen kit. (which is why i said so much)
