Default wiring help!!

Well got the hatch stolen about a weak ago and got my Ignition busted..
So went and bought one.
The new Ignition is out of a 96 automatic civic and i am trying to put it in the a 96 manual civic. Should that be a problem? automatic and manual Ignition.

The starter i purchased has couple extra wires(think do to it being Auto) and is like brand new.
i am having trouble hooking it up.
Plug the Ignition into the fuse box and the other prong pug located above..
this is when it goes bad.
Car reads the key (beeeping when the doors open with key in)
then go to turn it over, no cluster lights come on in stage two then stage 3 not even turning over or a clicking at all.

any ideas?? troubleshoots? think might be a fuse or sumthing??

There all the same. You will have to depin the ignition wire and move it down one spot.
