Default Window tints

SUP HONDA PEEPS
I've been curious about tinting. I've seen some real nice tint jobs out there and I want to get it done to my 95 Cord. I am trying to find a two-tone tint. I am not sure which colors to go with, Black to Gold, or Silver to Gold (top to bottom). The tint is reflective and looks really sleek. My car color is Champaigne or Gold I guess. Anyone have any info or a link on it let me know cause I've tried to look for it online w/o luck

THANKS IM OUT

IMHO just stick with black tint...but if you wanna go wild check your state laws about tint.

Lemme tell you, IMO black tint looks much cleaner. The two tone tint looks cluttered. Black will look really smooth.

this is my car w/titanium

this is it 4 years later with black:

on my doodoo brown car i liked the titanium... that pic doesnt show it, but in bright light it would.... get shinier. i like the black better though... keeps people from peeping on me while i drive.

PS: dont use any brand of tint except Lluminar (sp?)

That would look good if it was perfectly matched to your car. The two-tone tints that I've seen didn't match the car. Black tint will always look good.

cops dont mess with that gimpyass lookin car. i got pulled over more when it had 18's and loud exhaust on it.

and yah its a tad dark at night, but you get used to it. its double 5% on the back and single 5% up front.

hell my buddys escalade he 35%'d the front window!!! you CANNOT see in that car.

Dam, two days and not checking in to come back to all this info...good stuff. Today was a bad day, my turn signals are all messed up...anyways true it would be hard to find tint to match my car color. I i really do want a two tone though. Im leaning towards a silver/white fade to tan. I need to find the **** who had the white to silver and ask him where he gots it

anyways check out the light forum i created to see my signal problem if you peeps want

im gonna make like pee wee and beat it
peace

get whatever you can afford in BLACK and call it a day
also, if you can give someone the finger and not be seen, you know it was $$$ well spent
finally....................don't go with a cheaper tint, get the most expensive, better quality (whatever the dude doing it tells you in other words), my reason for saying that is my Teg has 35% on the rear and back windows and it's faded to a Prince "Purple Rain" color, dont get me wrong it still does the job but the better tint wouldn't have faded like this crap did

WA law says if you limo tint the back windows you HAVE TO leave the two front windows NON-TINTED or else you can't have any darker than 20% ALL THE WAY AROUND...

Either 20% all around or no tint on front windows... My car has some tint (dunno was on when I bought it) might be like 35% or somethin... but it looks nice and at night people can barely see in the car... I would want it a little darker though

the lumar platnium plus is a little expensive but looks great. it has a mildly reflective look to it, kind of like the lexus windows.
