I have a tricked out 93 Accord and need to know if anyone has the "ideal" location to mount my PS2? Back armrest??? Has anyone done this??? And how about wireless? What are the limitations to this option??

 

wireless controler? there are no limits. mine car go like 30 ft in any direction. as far as limits of where you can put the ps2 you need to beable to reach the power button, it can only be mounted on its side or horizontal, and of course it has to fit in the space + some room in the back for the fan.

 

If you use a power invertor (which you will have too) then you don't need to access the power button on the back. You will only need to hit the reset button. The invertor will power up and down with the key. As far as mounting it, just get creative. Our shop has put them in the dash, arm rest or pretty much where ever the customer wants.

 

I put mine where my glove box went in my integra. Get some angle iron and some straight iron (your local ace hardware will have some). Use the angle iron on the bottom to support it. It bolts right in perfectly where the glove box bolted in. Then use the straight iron and bend it up slightly, or whatever angle you want the PSII to sit at. PM if this is confusing, but you want more info. It's really easy.

 

If this is a daily driver, make sure it's hidden well
