Default What is wrong with this diagram?

My buddy is trying this setup on his Civic but can't get it to work. We can get it to work with 1 relay with the 86 terminal going to a 12v source and 85 going to the cig lighter switch but the cig lighter becomes inoperative that way. Anyone see anything wrong with this diagram?

if 85 is ground, What is triggering 86? This is the first relay that hooked up to the cig. now if 86 is sent a 12v signal the relay will activate and send 12v to 85 on the second relay and it will not trigger that relay because there is no ground on 86. 86 on the second relay is getting 12v

The relay on the left needs a connection between 30 and 86, so the 86 on both relays "see" 12V+ when key is turned to crank, that will "energize" the relay on the left, connecting it's 30 with its 87. [disconnecting 30 from 87a, the lighters power], when the lighter is plugged in, 87 of that relay will supply a ground to 85 of the relay on the left, allowing it to energize and close the circuit so starter will work.
I think the mistake is below the left relay where the wire from the right relays 86 going to the left relays 86 crosses the starter wire going to 30 the "bump" indicates no connection, it should in fact, show a connection.

My buddy said after he hooked up this kill switch his battery started to get drained. Would the 87a to 30 on the right relay cause a parasitic draw with car off?

ok i made a test light and went thru all the fuses and the light went off with the interior light fuse. we found out that his trunk light switch was broken. hopefully this is it, we recharged the battery, fixed the switch, put the battery back in the car, put the test light on and there was no draw.
