Default what wire is the remote on the stock cd player???

hooked up an amp just need to know what is the remote wire on the cd player of a 98 civic????????? - also how do u get the deck out to do so???? - lemme know thanxs

There is no remote wire. It may have a power antenna output, but that will only be on when you're listening to the radio, not cd's. the best thing you can do is hook the remote turn on to a wire that comes on when the ignition is in the accesory position. Or you can run the remote turn on through a toggle switch so you can turn it on and off manually.
