if i go buy some 6x9's do i just screw them in? or do i need some sort of braket or mounts or anything?

wrong section go to audio/security.....but i think they jus bolt in w/ no bracket or modifications.

 

For a true audiophile, 6x9's are not even an option. They do not reproduce the sound spectrum very well. Stick with round speakers, even if it means creating an adapter ring so they will fit in the stock locations.
