What Car is This Head Unit From?
the stock head unit in my 94 lude died the other day, and i didn't want to lose the use of the stock trunk mounted 6 disc cd changer so i went to the junkyard and picked up this for $12:

now the only thing is i have no idea what car it comes from...i've done some research and have come up empty. obviously its an acura, but from which model?. it would be nice to know so i can diagnose any problems i may run into in the future.

Maybe a Legend, later then this... http://www.installdr.com/Insta...1.PDF 91-95 Legend maybe, is the plug for the changer an 8pin DIN?
If so then it is an Alpine, [made for Honda/Acura] HU and changer.

Can you take a pix of any label(s) on it?

Random question related to that - did Alpine make the head units found on the 94-97 Accords (they have similar styling to this, but a blue LED display)? I'm just wondering since mine has the 8-pin changer connector and sounds pretty good overall.
Both Alpine and Pioneer made HUs for Honda/Acura, however the changer that plugged into either HU was an Alpine.
I have had more then a few customers, "Alpine/Pioneer", HUs modified to pre-amp output units, [have had RCA pigtails installed] with pretty good results, much better then using a "LOC".
