Weird radio issue

sometimes when I'm driving the volume of the speakers will go up and down when I'm on the brake. Wth
also. I need to know where to ground my wire for the sub and amp? 2001 civic coupe

check your ground. Did you sanded/scuffed up the paint before you bolted down the ground connector??
