so i recently found out my hatch has an alarm system in it and its a viper 500esp which is pretty old. i was wondering if i buy a newer alarm system if i will be able to plug the harness that is in the alarm i have now into the new one. i dont no much about alarm systems so if anyone can give me some advice id appreciate it. i didnt trace all of the wires but from the box there was the bid harness plugged into it the red blinking light plugged into it two other plugs into it and there was a green plug that was un plugged. if this is a decent alarm system i have in it now i will try and fix it so it works but i dont have a remote or horn or anything. if you need any more info to help me out ill try to describe it better and get some pics. thanks honda tech.
