Default Vibrations

Im running a 94 EG DX HB

Stereo: Pioneer Aftermarket Headunit - deh-3700mp
Front Speakers: Pioneer Oversized 6.5 - TS-A1781R

I dont have any amps, and Ive made sure everything is secure, but Im getting vibrations from the Window mech. inside the door. What can i do to fix it? its really bugging me(i listen to trance so the bass twinge just kills it) I might at some point soundproof the car but i dont really want to at the moment...is ther somthing i can just like Shove in there for a quick fix? like a pillow in a plastic bag?

Get little pieces of rubber or foam and stick them anywhere the little metal pieces for the handle gets close to the body. I have my doors dynamatted and have foam baffles on my speakers and I still have this problem. If anyine else has better ideas let me know too.
