Default upgrading to an oem navigation

anybody knows if I remove my factory radio can I replace it with the oem navigation sytem. My local wrecker has an 06 ex with navigation that they are going to take apart and i can get the navi and the dash panel for $600 bucks. I have the 07 si without navi.......

I never swapped out a factory for factory but it should work. Your going to need the harness off the donner car. And then your going to need to wire a diagram because I am sure that the unit needs the vss and reverse light hook up.
