Hey all. I've tried searching all manners of forums and websites but couldn't find an answer to my problem.

I just got my 2010 Pilot back from the body shop and the radio was inoperable. I assumed it was just because they disconnected the battery and the radio reset itself. I have the code in hand, however I cannot turn the radio on to enter the code. None of the buttons on the console bring anything up on the display. Any ideas would be most welcome. Thank you for the help!

 

It's a 2010?? Just call or take it into the dealership and ask the service department if there's a special procedure, or contact the body shop and ask them if they might have unplugged it and forgot to plug it back in or something.
