Subwoofer Box
I have a few questions...
I made a sub woofer box previously. It has two 12" subs and I mounted the amp on the back of the box (so you can't see it from the trunk.)
I carpeted the box poorly, as I wasn't sure how to go about it without having edges of carpet being seen.
1. I'm going to re-do the trunk set-up, and was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to a different way to do it. I kind of want the amp to be showing... any cool ideas you guys have would be great.
2. How do I carpet the box without having edges? The best way I've heard of doing it is to carpet the two "ends" of the box separately from the main piece, and then to attach them once they've been carpeted. Is that a good idea? Or what IS better?
Also, it's going in a Civic trunk.
Thanks!

1. Build false floor or side panels for amp rack.
2. Wrap box like a present in carpet, except instead of overlapping the sides like you would with wrapping paper, cut the excess carpet off into an "X" and use a roller to embed the carpet into the adhesive...
