Default Sub Amp. Help

Okay i always had minor wiring problems with my system, and always fixed it...
My system is 2 JL 12 w3v2. powered by a Pioneer GM-5200T amp. (380rms) wired in Series. I know my amp is very weak for my system..
I never had this problem yet...

My subs were working fine, when all of a sudden it cut out. I checked my amp power light and the power light kept blinking on and off. (On for about 2-3 seconds and out for 1 second) and I checked the wiring of subs and the power wiring for the amp....

Im pretty much lost now.....
