Default Stereo Swap

I had a system installed in my 2000 Accord. I've got the old head unit still and I want to swap it into my 91 DX hatch. Will I need a wiring harnes to install it or will it just plug right in? Thanks in advance for your help!

Depends. If your hatch still has the og radio harness then get an after market wireharness for plug and play, and no the plug in your yr. accord is diffrent from the civic.

You're gonna need a wiring harness 71-1721 to plug into the '00 radio. Then, if the plug is still in the '91, get a 70-1720. Match up the colors on the 2 harnesses (use crimp caps or solder & tape) and plug it all in. Should be all set!

The guy at Circuit City said that the decks are different sizes. I think he's full of crap, they look pretty damn close. Anyone know for sure if I'm gonna need a mounting kit?
