Default Speakers Cutting out......Help!

Like the Title says, i have a Si cd player in my hatch, and lately it has been cutting out when i am turning or if the car just barely hits the slightest bump it does the same thing. Now I know that it is not skipping just for the fact that it sounds like the speakers are phasing out and then they phase back in, It could be described as a blown speaker sound, I think that this could be cause in it but not sure. I hope that is enough detail if now I will give as much as possible.

Thanks

if all the speakers are cutting out, you probably have a loose wire (power/gound) leading to the head unit.

If it's just one speaker, you have a problem with the wire leading to that speaker.

Check all the connections on the wires, make sure they are solid and that the insulation is intact on all of them.

I would agree, if they produce sound at any time, and then cut out, they are not blown. I would check the wire harness behind the head unit, if it is all of the speakers that are cutting out, the extra G's might cause it to be looser.
