Speaker Size
thats odd, but not unheard of my CRX was like that too (5.25") front it varies sometimes. should be 6"s in the rear regaurdless. its ebay can u really trust it.
just by the speakers at a local store and if they are the wrong size exchange them for the right size or have them install them and let them deal with figuring it out.

you can put a 6 1/2 or a 5.25 speaker in your door. If you go with a over size 6 1/2 which is a 6 3/4 you will have to make spacers

Most Honda/Acura that use a standard 6.5" in the doors will also have mounting holes, in the speaker housing, for a 5.25" speaker.
To avoid any confusion, why not just pull the stock speaker from the door and the rear and take them along when you go shopping for speakers, or measure the mounting hole diameter.
