Default SPDT Relay

When issued a "pulse" does a 2-pole relay "switch" and stay or switch and return to a resting state or closed state?

I am trying to figure out a way to wire JDM folders without the OEM relay, ie DIY relay.

Pulse -> relay switches -> allow signal for mirror close
Next consecutive pulse -> relay switches -> allow signal for mirror open
Next...... close

If someone knows how to make the relay for the folding mirrors please let me know.

Relays only activate for as long as voltage (or ground) is applied.

No you can not just use a relay, the one that comes with the mirrors will be 2 relays, [polarity reversing] or there will be one relay and polarity reversing limit switches, probably a relay and 2 load sensing limit switches.

You could do it with two SPDT relays, [wired for polarity reversing] a SPDT rocker, [momentary] switch and a timer circuit. 94
