I run all power in my car..but i got lucky on price.

Basically, power series has a bigger guage wire acceptor ..4 gauge instead of 8/12, the crossovers are very nice on the power series, butterworth 24db/octave rather than a 12db/octave, this results in a cleaner and sharper cuttoff frequency.

That's actually about all i think was the difference, but RF says they put all their good stuff / technology in the power series. I don't really belive marketting, but that's the only differences I saw the stuck out.

Go power if you can get it cheap, and unless you can figure out other differences other than the two above, go punch.

I was having the same problem, only with the 400.4, apparently the Punch 400.4 is rated at 600W max, and the Power is only 400W max. I don't know, but I always thought Power was the better series. I am hoping to get a Power 400.4, for $210 shipped from a guy on HAN, but I haven't gotten the an email back on where to send the money. I have another post on other amps I am considering...

yeah the powers generally have nicer crossovers

also the powers birth higher (higher numbers on the birthsheet or else similar numbers but the power will be tested at a lower volage so really more power...)
if you can get the power model for a similar price to the punch then id say go for it
