Default remote car starter help!

Hello I just had an autostart 2 way remote starter installed into my 2000 honda crv. everything with the starter works fine, however I have a sub and amp in the car as well. After the remote starter installation my sub woofer no longer work. The head unit and speakers all work fine. I looked at the amp and the light kind of just barely flickers, likes its getting no power. I checked the connections even though it was working before the install and couldnt find any problems. Any ideas?

are you able to check your amp power and ground cable with a volt meter?if tested with car on power from amps power cable should read 14-14.5v with car off should read 12.5v

check your amp power cable at the battery terminal for any corrosion if possible
