hey guys, my rear defogger termina's were off when i bought the car 2 years ago, im tired of my window's getting fogged up in the winter, and thats around the corner so i wanna fix them.. how would i go about doing this?

it looks like the glue,tape got loose or somethin and they fell off.. how would i put them back on so i dont have to have another year of Ace Ventura again..
