Radio installation troubles
I am trying to install a new CD player in my accord, but i can't get it to work. I know that there is power flowing through the battery cord, so i think the problem is with the ACC. The Ciggarette lighter won't work either, so i think there may be a common problem between them, and i know that it isn't a fuse. Thanks

Do not take this advice, this will not allow you the radio to turn on and off with the car, you will have to turn power off the radio every time you get in and out the car.
Chances are that it is a blown fuse somewhere. Check the fuses with a multimeter, sometimes a fuse might look good and actually not be working. Try to find a bad fuse and replace it, even if it's not designated the radio fuse.

LOL.. That was funny... Sad, but funny... Sad because I see this almost every day, when someone "thinks" they know what they're doing, and can't figure out why their deck stays on all the time, or won't hold presets or bass/treble adjustments, and ends up paying me to have the deck installed "the right way"...
