Icon2 Radio Inspiration

Hello Everyone,

I want to buy a new radio/speakers for my 92 Civic Dx. Do you have any recommendations. If you can post a picture of your own radio setup that might inspire me a bit thanks in advance.

I have under $100 in my sound system and it sounds great. Pioneer headunit, pioneer speakers, kicker amp, rockford p1 subwoofer. Got everything at the junkyard or on craigslist.

I'm Just looking or a good headset and speakers.

I wouldn't want to spend over 250.

The headset must have ipod input, cd player, and i guess nice looking not a **** load off ****ing buttons

You can always go wrong with Sony Xplod products. Pure and utter crap. If you want to save $$$ but still have quality product, stick with Pioneer.

Kenwood makes decent stuff too but I wouldn't go as far as say "stay away from JVC". Sure their entry level stuff is horrible, but their high-end stuff is extremely nice. I picked up a very nice JVC unit, the one that has the small 2" screen on it, plays DVD, etc. for $40 on craigslist. Not sure if I'm going to put it in the EG or throw it in the hatch. Looked it up on eBay and it's going for $100-150 so I might just sell it lol.

Alpine, then Pioneer and Kenwood, then Panasonic or JVC and as mentioned stay away, far away from Sony Xplod or any car audio that has explode in their name.

Pick one... http://www.alpine-usa.com/product/ca...its-head-units

For speakers I would recommend Infinity if your going to run just HU power, [no amp(s)]... http://www.infinitysystems.com/car/p...=CA&Region=USA 94
