Default Quick Question

Does anyone know the mounting depths of the front 6.5 and rear 6X9 speakers on a 98 civic sedan?

I'm buying aftermarket speakers and I'm looking to get the one that fits perfect

According to http://www.mobiletoys.com/part....aspx

both front and rear speakers have a mounting depth of 1.8", but say I bought speakers with a mounting depth of 2", is there a way to make them fit without much work? I'd like to keep the grille too

You need to be patient if you want assistance from us. If you want prompt service you better be ready to pay for it. It has not even been 24hrs since your first post.

You can add an MDF mounting ring to your speaker if you want to get more clearance. This will case issue with the speaker grill figment on your car and it may have to be trimmed or removed for it to work.
