Default Quick Alarm Help

i have a viper 791xv 2 way pager alarm. it was professionally installed it worked great. but now when the alarm is armed and the door gets opened my alarm doesnt go off? what do i need to check? the lock and unlock feature works but im not sure what wire tells the alarm when the door opens? any advice thanks in advance.

Doop trigger is Lgreen/red in drivers kick panel, BTW does anything trip the alarm, [impact] 94

yes it gets trigered by impact i looked at the
L green/red and it seems to be connected? it is wraped in electric tape i took the tape off and it has a soldered connection. the light does blink normal
