Question about my future audio setup...

As of now, i only have an amplifer:
PPI PC4800.2
Power Output
RMS Power at 2 Ohms 1 W x 100
RMS Power at 4 Ohms .02 W x 100
I'm currently looking into purchasing a sub(s), and from all of the sound systems i've heard, it seems that I like JL Audio the best. I'll probably be purchasing a 12" W6, or 12" W3v2. My question is, would i have any problems hooking up this amp to power my one sub? My friend kept saying the 4 channel amp i have wouldn't be ideal, but i just really wanna know how adversely affected this may be. I don't really know much about the audio scene, but it seems that i'd have to "bridge" it twice or something?
Another question...
As of the moment, I can only afford to pay for the sub + box + wires. Sooo...i was wondering if i could use my STOCK raido headunit (94+ Integra), and how badly performance would be effected if i did so. I'll also be using my stock speakers (can't afford the SQ aftermarket speakers provide, so i'll just have to make-do) too. You think this'll sound crappy?
Any help appreciated,
Thanks
</TD></TR></TABLE>Forget the sub for now, replace the HU , you will not believe how much better the stock speakers will sound, your source,[HU] is the most important part of your audio system, and will make a bigger diff. in SQ than anything you do, that said, you can't bridge a 4ch amp into mono, you could use 2ch,[bridged] for the sub and the other 2ch to drive the front speakers
