Default Is it possible to install mp3?

hi, I just have a thought today about the new released mp3 head unit.
Is it possible to install the mp3 head unit on my existing system (double din cd player 98 Accord) What I mean is I can put them 2 together without losing control of the double din? Thank you.

Well there are several MP3 players out now but they are just like aftermarket radios that replace your factory radio.
Or you could always run a corresponding wire to each radio and diode isolate all the speaker wires and the remote wires and the power antenna wires so that they don't short out. The power and ground wires should be fine since there is power going to the radios at all time. But I don't recommend doing this since the mp3 players do everything your stock cd player does.....

Thanks for your comment. Well, I know there's no way I can get a new head unit to fit my stock CD changer, that's why I'm thinking to get a mp3 head unit. Thanks.
